Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Technical Evaluation

  For hardware issues, our engineers will provide a remote diagnostic session to determine if a replacement part or a full unit return is necessary.

  Secure Packaging

  Repack the item in its original factory box including all accessories, tools, and filaments to prevent damage during transit and ensure a full refund.

  Shipping and Refund

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package; once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
